WELCOME
Thank you for visiting our site. We hope you enjoy learning more about us and we also hope that you take this opportunity to watch and listen to some of our past services. Encounter Praize was started to give those who don't feel comfortable in the traditional church environment. We embrace those who may be in need or who are going through hard times. We want to show them the heart of Jesus and let them know they are loved and have value and a purpose, no matter what they have been through.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, lived, was crucified on the cross, and rose again in three days to save us from our sins. (John 3:16)
We believe in the great Commandment, to first love God with all of our heart, mind and soul, ansd second, to love others the way we love ourselves. (Matthew 22:36-40)
We believe in the Great Commission to train up disciples to go into all the world and reach the lost and needy for the cause of Christ. (Matthew 28:16-20)
We believe that we are commanded to worship and give praise to God as commanded in the Bible. (Psalm 5:7, Chronicles 16:29, John 4:24, Psalm 95:6, Psalm 144:9)
We believe that this mission statement is to be used to further our vision statement, which is loving God, loving people, and reaching the world.
OUR SERVICES
Our services are informal, come as you are. Our only dress code is , "please wear some!" We are more interested in learning how we can be of service to you and help you with your walk with God. Come and visit, we would love to meet you!
